YouthZone has been in business since 1976 helping youth, families and communities. We are caring, non-judgmental listeners who are highly trained in youth programming. Our services are designed to help families assess their situation and work with them on options to best meet their needs.

YouthZone programs have been proven effective in significantly decreasing underage drinking, the use of illegal drugs, and delinquency. YouthZone programs have proven effective in significantly increasing school involvement, resiliency, social support and resiliency to sexual/emotional/physical abuse.

YouthZone staff remain current on issues facing kids and new approaches to working with youth problems. On average, the staff attends 20-30 trainings a year. The staff is active on 13-15 committees a year, providing over 200 hours of technical assistance to other organizations. YouthZone staff also provides over 150 hours of community education each year to over 3,000 adults and kids.
