YouthZone’s teen groups are all strength based and backed by research. Group work with teens is effective in broadening their understanding of themselves, recognizing their strengths and capacities, and challenging this stereotypes. YouthZone believes that all youth can be supported in a positive group experience while learning critical thinking and problem solving skills, good communication, flexibility, initiative, self direction and leadership, to name a few. Through effective group facilitation we provide a safe place for youth to challenge themselves and each other.
